Intentional Interactions

This agreement is between IntegrityATL (“we,” “our” or “us”) the parent company of Intentional Interactions and you (the user) personally or your organization (“you” or “your”).

SOLUTION COMPONENTS:

Intentional Interactions Digital Platform.

IntegrityATL grants you, non-exclusive, non-refundable and non-transferable license(s) to utilize the content you register and/or pay for on the Intentional Interactions website.

A License is activated when users are activated on the Intentional Interactions online platform, regardless of the learner’s access or use of the platform. Enabled Users are obligated to comply with the Terms of Use that are provided to users on the platform.

Participant Licenses:

IntegrityATL grants to you, the user, a non-exclusive and nontransferable license to utilize the courses you register for or pay for. A participant license applies to paid courses or courses that you registered for that were offered for free.

Rights and Use:

IntegrityATL is the proprietor of all rights, including copyrights, in the processes, materials, products and other know how associated with the development, execution and content of the solutions (herein known as products). Nothing contained herein will be deemed to constitute an assignment of that copyright(s), or of any rights contained in the products, whether or not copyrighted in the materials, provided to the client.

You agree not to reproduce any materials in whole or in part, in any form or medium now known or hereafter invented or created (to create a new program or otherwise) without the written consent of IntegrityATL

You also agree not to use the solutions, in whole or in part, to train individuals or to resell or sublicense the products to individuals who have not registered and paid for said products and agreed to these terms of service. Fees will be due for any and all training or use of the products that are not specified as part of this Agreement. The solution investments outlined entitle individuals to participate in the training, utilize the application tools, and retain one set of materials for his or her personal use.

The rights and use applies to paid courses or courses that you registered for that were offered for free.

This permission will be reviewed on an annual basis provided that the user is not in breach of the conditions of these terms of use.

By registering for this course, you are agreeing to these terms of use.
